Reliance has introduced new plan One India One Rate for prepaid for Rs.45/-.

Today when I recharged my mobile then i get this message :-
Recharge of Rs 45 successful. You get 550 local+national SMS free for 28 days.RC70 mein 100 tak ka talktime.

So plz revert my money back or recharge the actual plan of Rs45.
