I placed an order for an Apple iPhone 15 Plus 128 GB Blue on September 24, 2023, through the Reliance Digital website. However, whenever I try to track the shipment on the delivery website, it always indicates that the order is still pending for pickup by the seller.
Please verify and follow up with the courier partner to have the order delivered as I am unable to comprehend how an order can be delivered if it is still up for pickup until September 26, 2023.
