I have made the payment for the following service committed by the sales team ( Mr. Syed Zubair Mr. Hameed )
1. Summer camp for children – 2 months per year ( no validity ), any camp as per customer selection near to residence .
2. Family club membership – 1 Year, any fitness club as per customer choice near to the residence location after 1 year AED 100.00 per month for family membership.
3. Reliance membership login portal – for any number of ticket booking ( confirmed discount min. 10 % to maximum 30 % compare to any other service provider ).
4. Upon credit card payment Reliance will convert full payment with 0 % interest charge 0% processing fees by Mashreq Bank .( Approx monthly repayment (EMI) AED 250.0 only )
5. One point of contact for issues handing and booking – Mr. Sayed Zubair .
6. Two weeks holiday package ( international and domestic ) – No validity
7. If any of the above services not fulfilled or not satisfied – customer can cancel the membership any time with 100 % full refund ( less the amount if any of the service availed ).
After 1 weeks of constant visit to the Reliance office in dubai, i get an email ( welcome letter) with none of the above committed service. I have asked for immediate cancellation and refund, 2 weeks after constant follow up I get another email stating that Reliance service will not refund customer money.
This kind of fraud company will unroot the trust of ethical tourism business. My suggestion to the reader do not take any travel package from such fraud company .
