Reliance life insurance – insurance premium discrepancy and helpdesk negligence

Hi Sir,

I have been a policy holder with reliance life insurance for the last 4 years and have paid 4 times of premiums promptly. I was recently checking my few investment plans including this policy to make some improvements as nothing was much performing better. When I raised a query with reliance customer service about the improvement, they clarified it as it is the traditional insurance and there is nothing much they can do, which I am also much aware of and not much help can be received from their reliance helpdesk as usual.

Actual issue:
During this time of clarification, I observed on their website (in my login) as it said total contribution as Rs.40,000 (total of 4 premiums) but the current value said as Rs. 30,000 only. I wondered where Rs.10,000 gone. After having seen the first premium was considered as contract issue, I checked with them to clarify this.

But foolishly their two times response was about the above mentioned improvement query only and nothing about this missing Rs. 10,000. I had policies before in which nothing was deducted as for the contract and it wasnt clarified either by the reliance marketing person (who ran after me few times to create this policy).

In my mail second time again to reliance helpdesk, I even put the screenshot highlighting the discrepancy but to show off their intelligence, they still wrote irrelevantly as it is the traditional insurance no improvement can be made. No response from them even when i mentioned last time to them as this will be treated as fraud for not clarifying properly. I can share their response mails. The reliance team must be thinking that by giving irrelevant response initially and then by stopping to respond, they can easily escape from the situation and there will be nobody to question them.

As I am still looking for Rs.10,000 discrepancy I request you to suggest something to handle this and take some fraudulent action against reliance insurance for less projection of the paid premiums and for carelessness of not responding at all when the fraud is pointed to them.
