I went to purchase shirts for me and son. They have return Buy 2 @ 149 and vertically in small letters written Each. I have not observed each. Selected 2 t-shirts and went for billing. They given bill amount Rs.300/-. I was surprised how its come 300. And asked for cancel the shirts but didn’t cancel the bill. I complained Customer service also. They given unsatisfactory answers.
I visited the reliance trend in Infiniti 2 Mumbai on 15 Dec 16 I liked 1 dress which was on 50% discount wen I went for billing dey said dis product is not on discount wen I spoke to the manager he said its the system error n dat myt b d reason the discount is not showing he askd for 2 days tym n said dat he wil cal aftr 2 days wen its resolved but I dint recieve any cal and wen on 3rd day I went over der d dress was sold to sum1 else the store manager named Devendra lied dat the product wil b kept aside n wud not b given to any one this was my first shopping wid reliance trend n it was d worst experience
