On 14/1/2017 we shopped from reliance trendz. We made the payment by our debit card. Our bank debited our account immediately after the swipe but the management at reliance claim that they have not got the amount n so we can’t take the goods we paid for. If we want to take the goods we shud swipe the card again and then claim refund from our banks. The management says that this is not new case and already more than 30 cases like this have happened. But if they have faces this problem y was no step taken n y didn’t they warn us before we used the card. Utter useless management. The details r given below for the same.
