I am a regular customer of Reliance Trends since many years. Today I happened to purchase clothes with my family which worth Rs.3993/-. However at the end after the purchase, I was got to know that there is a free pressure cooker set on purchase of Rs.5000/- , when I shown my interest to add more purchases to cross said amount and avail this free gift which I am worth for, the store manager Mr. Harry not only refused point blank without any courtesy as if we are asking him something free from him personally but also he became aggressive, abusive and behaved unprofessionally. I am thoroughly disappointed with your store manager behavior, as I am an elite customer of Reliance with my membership card # 6048 6310 5751 7875. My today’s purchase Bill CIN # U01100MH1999PLC120563, 4th Sep 2016, 18:41:23 @ 50/13,29th Cross, Geeta Colony, Off 11th Main, 4th Block, Jayangar, Bangalore-560 011. Ph: # 080-43444810.

I strongly feel that either their way of calculating scheme is totally wrong and misguiding public, as a customer should be entitled to purchase within the same day and same setting of his / her visit in case someone is not aware about the promotional scheme or your managers are conducting fraud practices and hiding these schemes and utilizing for their personal benefits.

Pls explain on this rude behavior and unprofessional methodology of handling customers, I need stringent action on this subject and your manager, I need our eligible scheme to be honored and I wish to avail support from Consumer Protection Act 1986 and seek legal action on Reliance Trends Company.
