I am reaching out regarding an item I purchased on 13th September from the Reliance Trends outlet at Oberon Mall, Edappally. Unfortunately, today I noticed that the item is not stitched properly, which is quite disappointing.
I immediately contacted customer care to address the issue, but I was informed that the item is not replaceable due to the fact that I applied a coupon at the time of purchase. I find this quite concerning as the defect is unrelated to the coupon usage and affects the overall quality and usability of the item.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in processing a replacement for this defective item. I believe that ensuring customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope you can make an exception in this case to rectify the situation.
