I Sanjay Roy Choudhary a regular customer,I purchased sweaters worth RS 3678=30 at reliance trends Khajpura branch patna .I paid through debit card of UCO Bank ,first time the boy on the counter said the transaction is failed.Please swipe again ,2ndtransaction was successful.After updating my passbook I was shocked that Rs3678=30 was twice debited from my account.I visited the store immediately,they get xerox copy of my passbook and money receipt and assured me that after one week I will get back my money in my account.But very sorry to say that after 50 days still not yet received my money back in my passbook.Kindly look into the matter so that I may get my money back in my account at the earliest. On 14/1/2017 we shopped from reliance trendz. We made the payment by our debit card. Our bank debited our account immediately after the swipe but the management at reliance claim that they have not got the amount n so we can’t take the goods we paid for. If we want to take the goods we shud swipe the card again and then claim refund from our banks. The management says that this is not new case and already more than 30 cases like this have happened. But if they have faces this problem y was no step taken n y didn’t they warn us before we used the card. Utter useless management. The details r given below for the same.
