Renewedkart.com – Product not delivered on making advance payment

I have made payment of Rs 6499 to renewedkart.com via online transaction .The seller has acknowledged payment & issued order id no 2297948397 & transaction id no 11583513407 as informed by seller. As i hv not received product & neither any response from seller, i tried to contact them via live chat, email & telephone for past 3 days. But no one responded nor i received product till now. I request your intervention to resolve the matter ( either refund of my money or new product ). Pl help me.pl respond at [email protected] or 9444608142
