Iam hereby to submit complaint for rental advance refund issue. We (Me and my wife) have chosen the house through online site and made an offer that house it’s 1 BHK House present in Kurumbampalayam, Coimbatore. They told that the rent of House is 5000 per month and 20,000 as advance. So we gave Rs.5000 as token advance. On 15th July 2020 we have shifted our house there by giving the balance Rs15,000 on 15th July 2020. The days passed, the behaviour and attitude of the owner was soo indecent. He always keeps an eye and ears on us like when we were talking in phone he will hide and stand to hear what we are talking and always will be watching us thorough windows we don’t have any privacy. He is enters in our house without our knowledge for unnecessary things .Not only for us the family those who stays here comes under same problem. We have planned to shift from there so we informed the owner Paulraj. He refuses to give our advance amount 20000. He first informed that he will get 3000 for interior works but now after the issue he says above 5000 and won’t give the advance until the other comes here. He is not responding to us. So please kindly take action on him to refund our amount.
