Respawn.in MOL points purchase
Good Morning,
My name is Sriram and I have purchased 10 numbers of 100 MOL points totalling 1000 MOL points for 1000 Rupees using my debit card, from Respawn.in, an online store for gaming credits on Sept 2, 2017; Saturday evening. At the time of purchase the products were displayed to be in stock and available for purchase. The products should have been delivered within 15~30 minutes, and 1 hr at maximum but the order stays in “processing” till now. My bank account has also been debited by 1000 rupees and the payment to them made in full. I tried contacting the store owner about the purchase on Saturday night but he has not yet responded to my SMS message and phone calls. I have sufficient evidence of the purchase, bank deduction and non delivery of the product and can be produced upon request.
Please Refund my money of Rs 1000 at the earliest.
