I booked across for Resume2Excel services from a call by one of their executives. I applied for a Resume Forward package which promised me sending Job Descriptions capable for the position which I work for. I applied for same for Rs 3500 on January 1st 2014 and got the JDs for just 2 weeks which were never what I had asked for. After that I didnt get any of JDs sent across to me. After a month Feb 10th I called them asking what is going on with the service and the manager Ajay Kouskhik said he will call me back which he didnt. I had to take pains to call them back again and ask as what is wrong with the service. The next day I am calling them back and the person [dont remember name] tells me the process is not complete I also need to sign in for Verification package and spend more 4320 bucks on them . Only if I get that done will my resume services be availed. On asking them why isn’t this included in the same package I prescribed to or why I was not mentioned about this earlier I didn’t get any response. When asked on refund, he said its not available. And neither did the executive worry that the service which they were giving was a crappy one. I have all transaction mails and records with me. Its a cheat company I would request no one should be conned onto this. The executives need to answer my complaint as well.
