it is a fake company … the called themselves as the recruitment department of naukri.com. I had a similar experience where I was asked to initially pay 2800 as their service charges and the 5750 as a document verification and certification from some 3rd prty organization called bee amount which was required by the company I got selected for (Bajaj electrical). then I received a call the next day saying I needed to start a career report and an employment id which would cost me 12750 rs . I refused to pay him the amount as I had not received and conformation regarding the appointment letter or the personal interview round from the company. he said he will not be able to get me the job because I refused to pay that amount.
an employment id is provided by the company you get a job in and as far as I know I don’t think it costs anything.
also this man mohit saxena from naukri2jobs said that this career report would help me get a 40% increment every 6 months !!! and that is why the company was asking for it .
anyway I decided not to make any further payments and told him the same . he closed the conversation there saying something like it was my loss .
