This website is pathetic in dealing with customers. I have ordered a phone on 24-Apr-2014, till date I have not got my refund after cancelling my order on 13-May-2014. My order number is 986…and paid Rs. 13086/- for Samsung quattro. I have approached akosha to file a case in consumer forum, if the company doesn’t respond properly.
