Even after numerous calls to customer service, Whatsapp messages, and visits to the dealerships, my booking amount has not yet been refunded. I ordered my Revolt in March 2022, and I was promised delivery in April or May 2022. I decided to cancel the reservation in August 2022 after growing tired of Revolt’s false promises.
Even after I canceled and followed up with Revolt, they brazenly held onto the booking fee for an additional 4-5 months. They finally entered my official cancellation in December 2022, but as of today, in April 2023, the money has still not been returned. I urge people not to buy vehicles from this phony company because it is one.
