I booked revolt motors bike in dec, 2022. At time dealer promisses to deliver to deliver bike on 1st jan, 2023 in black color.
But unable to deliver on time and give next date 14 jan, 2023 and again failed.
So I cancelled my booking in feb, 2023.
From feb to till date(20 sept, 2023) I am waiting for my refund but still not received and also called many times and till I have given reminder more then 30.
So Now I am planning to go to consumer forum.
So Please give me some Idea what I should do.
