Made a transaction and couldn’t verify and claim my money though the money is gone.
I’m writing to report a serious issue with RichmanSmall.com. I made a transaction on their platform, and the funds were successfully debited from my account. However, I was unable to verify or claim my money afterward. Despite the transaction showing as completed on my end, the funds never appeared in my account on their site.
I have contacted their support multiple times (if applicable – update with details), but have not received any helpful response or resolution.
My main complaints are:
Deposit Issue: Money was deducted from my bank/account but not reflected in my RichmanSmall account.
Withdrawal Issue: There’s no way to verify or access the funds I deposited.
Lack of Support: The platform does not provide adequate customer service or resolution process.
This is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of this platform. I’m sharing my experience to warn others and encourage anyone facing similar issues to speak up.
If RichmanSmall.com is a legitimate business, they should respond promptly and fix this issue.

Anyone here to help me get my cash from richmall? They kept giving me more tasks with higher costs and I can’t have access to my money
The same to me sister the tasks they gave is more than the amount I recharge so my money is there yet I can not withdraw because I did not complete my daily tasks and I do not know what will happened if I add more recharge and complete all the tasks
So please have you been able to complete the tasks and withdraw your money?
I have gone through similar experiences as yours @Patrick but immediately i contacted the customer support, they usually ask me to send a screenshot of the transaction statement or receipt and within some few minitues, the funds reflects on my account.I suggest you try sending the receipt of the failed transaction to the customer support for further enquires.

My task keeps getting higher and I don’t know why
Me too my task keeps getting higher and needs further more more to continue which I don’t have
Same here it’s like they don’t want me to finish and withdraw it keeps getting higher and difficult to recharge at that level. My tasks are not completed, deposits are there and cannot withdraw. I keep on telling the manager but she insists I complete the tasks for which I don’t have the money to do so
Richmansmall is a fraudulent organization. It’s a complete scam. When you start, the task values are small. Their robot keeps increasing the value of your tasks as you progress. They take more money from you as you proceed and still assure you that you can withdraw your money when all the tasks are completed. They are just baiting you to put in more money. The money actually goes to the momo numbers the system gives you. What shows on the platform is not money; its just numbers.
STOP NOW AT WHEREVER YOU HAVE GOTTEN TO AND FLEE FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS;HI-TECH ONES.
Eben stop at wherever you have gotten to. They will take all your money. The scheme is a scam.
All I want is that company should retrieve my monies back to me,for reach a stage(93.33%) where I cannot continue.This is because any amount recharge it doesn’t change the percentage it remains the same.I am always ask to complete all the tasks.I cannot continue for now and I don’t know how to get funds to finish the tasks.I even suggested to the customer to let me use my commission earned to finish the tasks but he didn’t mine me since yesterday.
I’m sorry, Fseini. You have been scammed, and you will never get your money back. Just stop where you are and never trust anyone purporting to work for Richmall. They are all scammers and bots.
Richmansmall is a SCAM. Thyet will take all your money.
Please which customer care help you retrieve your money. Help me. I’m a victim.
