Payment of Rs 1184/- has been done through Razorpay (Payment Id : pay_GuoApLUyPN4pNf) for online purchase of 10 Kg Mango and 1 Kg Walnut at the website rimzimfabs.myshopify.com. e-mail from Razorpay has received for confirmation of payment but No status received from the site where I ordered and paid. Now the webpage is not opening and a message “something went wrong” appears. I would like to refund the money from the payment Razorpay as there is no delivery of item ordered.
