Hi,

I just placed an order for Smart 101 , after processing the payment i got message that payment could not be processed where as the amount was debited from my account and no order got placed.
Just had a word with one Mr. Jain from ringing bells , upon inquiring about payment he told me that i can get my money back and that too online and directed me to some weird site. I asked him that i would like to visit the company head office in Noida but he said you can only see from outside and can not come inside. All of them who are victims of this please go to consumer court and complaint.
They again called , this time trying to threaten.
All there numbers do not have any incoming.
