I booked a smartphone with this company’s existing website i.e. www.ringingbells.co.in(after seeing full front page advertisement in TOI). To my surprise my money got deducted from my bank with no e-mail / SMS confirmation(there are hundreds like me), there phones were not even connecting, constantly saying that this number doesnot exist. After i went ahead(2 days after i placed the order) and lodged a complaint with an online consumer complaint forum that one Mr. Jain called me on my mobile at 2 in the night from a VERY weird number and asked me to go to a very weird website and said that i will get my money back, when i inquired that i want to come to your office tomorrow he said that you can ont come inside the ofiice you can come to the office and i will show you my face from out side. Then after a few minutes i received another call from another weird number at the other end was one Mr. Anubhav Sinha who tried to threaten me. The very next day i got an e-mail with an order confirmation(this is some 2 weeks back), after numerous e-mails, online requests and 4 more complaints, I still do not have ANY response.
