I have booked a mobile phone at Ringing Bells | Smartphone (www.ringingbells.co.in) website on date: 08-02-2016. I have pay through net-banking The payment has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received product yet. so I am requested you to refund my payment which is deducted from my bank account at the time of booking the order.

I am attaching the screen short of that payment, the prices deducted and transaction description also mentioned on it.
