I would have appreciated if you would have come to us directly and expressed your concern or called our customer complaints and appreciations phone number 9791033821.
Our working time is 10 am to 5pm. We can able to attend the calls only in this time. We are unable to save all the individual numbers registered with us . If our person pick the call means you have to tell them that you registered in our office, your name and Qualification etc., , then only we can able to judge to whom we are speaking.
On the time of registration itself we are giving the companies name, contact person, interview time, subject have to be prepared, bus route etc.. After gone through the company interview candidate has to come again to our office and update the status. Then only we can able to contact with the HR person and tell you the status.
we disagree your compliant, we can able to prove that your compliant is fake. Land line number 044-42834349 is not belongs to RK Staffing Solutions. That number belongs Mr.Anil Kumar., we don’t have any Landline numbers. We are using only mobile numbers now.
I also checked your profile. You created your profile that you are in Singapore but we haven’t handled any other country candidates. We did some investigation and got your photo, given your photo to Mr. Anil kumar, he will file case in your name because of your consumer complaints he is getting unnecessary calls every day.
