This is an official complaint against Roland and Associates (http://www.roljobs.com/). This company is forcing its employee to work for 10 hours on weekdays From 8:30 am to 6:30 pm and on Saturday 8:30 to 1:30 pm They also torture their employee by scolding them. Mostly girl employees are there and they force them to work. Other than this they also do not make the payment in time. Salary is credit on 10th of next month. Please take an immediate action against the owner “Roland Pavamani ” You can check our for the validity of this message from any employee working in there.
