Hello, few days back I came across an advertisement of “ROLCUB”, office chairs, which was good with lucrative price offered of Rs.1999/-. I ordered it online assuming a genuine brand & hence paid another extra for Rs.149/- with my debit card in order to receive faster with total amount of Rs.2148/-. My order no. 1080, respectively. Upon trying to track the shipping status, it wasn’t going through. Instead I’ve also written an e-mail “[email protected]”, but it turned out to be a fake. So is the phone no. published. I received an e-mail regarding the transaction of the paid amount which says “Hunt- Man, instead Rolcub. I am very much disturbed * worried how do I get my hard earned money back that too in difficult situations like the ongoing pandemic. Please help!
