The company is based in Tamil Nadu Coimbatore Rollix. I bought 1 bicycle for myself on 31.08.2021 product details: Alfina fx03 plus 1000W electric mountain bicycle snowbike. Till date they have never ever confirmed on the delivery part, due to covid-19 they accept only prepaid digital payment hence I paid in advance but it seems they don’t have any intentions to deliver the product against the order. I have spent 2999 indian rupees on the item and feeling so dumb to realise that I am being robbed online.
Please raise a severe action against the website owners and possibly don’t allow such sites without a legitimate process to sell goods online.
