i ordered a face product from roopayur on 3rd August 2023 and till I didn’t get any item and I contacted the customer care and CEO and 2 other employes in that company but they are not responding I said deliver my or refund my money but they are not doing two. they are telling it will deliver on 25th August after I make a compliant but not deliver on that day and now they deliver today but not deliverd . I paid 500 booking amount and i have screen shot also please help.

akbar . i received my parcel and sorry for the compliant on ROOPAYUR because the fault is not that company it’s the issue with the delivery agent .my parcel is returned back and they don’t know and I am sorry for the complaint on your company ROOPAYUR.sorry from my bottom of my heart.thank u ROOPAYUR.
