I ordered the Roopyaru product through Zomedico and also took consultation through WhatsApp, as guided by their team. I paid the required amount but have not received any order confirmation, tracking details, or the product itself.
Despite several follow-ups, I received no response from the company regarding my order or refund. This has caused inconvenience and financial loss.
