I saw advertisement in Instagram about a bluetooth earbuds and neckband combo offer for Rs. 1,599/-. I ordered it on COD basis. My order number was HE-1202-N561 shipped via Ekart no. WSPC1052787423. I received totally different cheap product and that too a damaged product. I emailed to the company (email address is care@roserivera) but the email bounced back. I called their customer care number 8396883997 but this is invalid number. Please help me get my money refunded. Also these kind of fraudsters should be booked by law so others do not get cheated like this. Also Instagram should be accountable for allowing such fraudsters advertise on their platform and generating revenue from them.
