I have made an online reservation for a high security license plate for my car for September 19, 2023.
They have deducted RS 768.00 after taking into account the full set service and fitment. The HSRP fitment appointment was set for February 10th, 23.
I called Mrs. Priya Patil at the Fitment Location who is in charge of the HSRP registration plate one day in advance using the mobile number on the Payment Receipt.
She claimed that the fitment location for old cars had been removed in our correspondence.
She is therefore unaware of my order number, BMKAE5A62D1E-B758-42. She advised me to get in touch with Rosemerta Safety Solutions Private Limited to discuss this.
I make an effort to get in touch with Rosemerta Safety Solutions Private Limited at 892972201. No one is answering the call.
I attempted to call the toll-free number listed on the Rosemerta website. Since this number doesn’t exist, I received the voicemail.
Additionally, I sent the same complaint via email to their address, *****@rosemertasafety.com.
My complaint has received no response from them. Please find a solution so that my high security registration plate can be installed on my car in time.
