I had purchased ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 HALCYON GREEN 11 months ago from your authorized showroom called ROYAL AUTOMOBILES HARAPANAHALLI which is sub branch of ROYAL AUTOMOBILES DAVANAGERE, I have experienced the chain sprocket issue along with sensor issue where ABS is not working and complained about the same during service period since 5 months and during this 5 months I had visited 3 times to your service location regarding the same problem and at last third time I got response to visit DAVANAGERE branch for further investigation. But I did not satisfied with their response because they have taken already one month but still not provided the wiring kit which is required to resolve the issue. Now they are not receiving my phone call and even customer support people is disconnecting my phone call her name was Afreen I guess. Please do the needful ASAP.
