This is not accepted by RE-like brands, it not only degrades the brand image but even customers are losing faith in the RE brand. It’s okay even if there is a delay, be transparent with the customers, it doesn’t make any sense to give an unrealistic delivery date and to keep non-refundable deposit amount and then give wrong assurance and delivery updates to the customers.

RE itself serves market share to its closest competitors on a silver platter.
