I have purchased Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 Marine/DL3SDC9733 on 28th of January from “select city walk” showroom N.Delhi. Every service was a bitter experience at Kaytee automobile service centre.My Byke had gear shifting + Pick up+ self start issues.But every time I reported this at the same service centre, I was told that the issue is resolved, but unfortunately it was not. since last one year the clutch plate has been changed three times but the root cause of problem is not resolved and and now that I’m being told that the warranty is not covered. My basic issue is not the replacement of clutch plate. The issue is that the byke has manufacturing defect. I reported several times that after driving for a while engine heats up and results in the problem. But unfortunately that are not able to figure it out.
The point is that after well in time services why this is happening and moreover I’m facing the problem after every time I service my vehicle.
I brought this incident in notice of your responsible employees but I feel I’m being dogged.
