My Google review was disabled. Please be aware that you shouldn’t believe the Google reviews if you’re reading this.
They are asking staff members to create numerous fictitious accounts and post fictitious reviews.
How does a business consistently receive five-star reviews every day and hour? In order to hide the negative reviews from potential customers, they simply post phony 5-star reviews. Complete SCAM.
All those unfortunate unfortunates like myself who have lost money in this company need to be compensated, and this company needs to be shut down.
My Google review was the one that they strategically blocked.Update from June 1: Their Delight team called my husband and convinced him to delete this review in order to receive services.
Consequently, you can actively monitor your Google reviews and promptly respond to them, but you cannot offer services or reply to regular emails.
They even had the audacity to tell him that he could sell this package to another couple in order to receive a refund or his money back.
If anyone has reservations about this business…
As soon as a 1 star review is posted, all of their so-called 5-star reviews begin to pour in.
When you go for their marketing presentation, they claim they have been in this business for years even though their reviews are all no older than a year.
Since those are the comments that show up on their Google reviews, I’m confident that all of their employees are taking trips and taking vacations with the money that unfortunate people like us paid for them to earn.
And if you contact any of their managers or POCs, they are all either nonexistent or on indefinite leave from the company.
If you had looked through your files, you would have seen my name and that of my husband.
I won’t get in touch with you. I’ve visited your office twice to file complaints. My husband and I have made a dozen calls to your office.
Poor customer service, with a special mention for Mr. Josh and Mr. Rajesh, your so-called manager, who haven’t gotten back to me.
I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR MY PACKAGE, NOT SERVICES FROM YOU. Nothing from your end has been completed in a year.
I’m not sure what kind of con you’re trying to pull on people, but it’s abhorrent.
They don’t provide any services; they just take your money.
Even worse, they don’t even refund your money while making false promises.
Hopefully they will soon face legal consequences.
All of the reviewers who gave five stars are undoubtedly fake accounts used by employees.
