It was worst service from Leo Travels heights & Royal Travel to manali from delhi. It was night mare with family. The behaviour of the staff is rude and they have changed the seat no’s without informing.
If we ask they reply you go and ask from very you booked the tickets. Online booking no more safe. Dont book the tickets through online booking sepecial in North India.
The Bad experernce show how people cheat once the money comes in their account, no body will care you after bookings done.
They have charged the amount for Dinner and water bottle but they refused when they have stoped for the dinner.
