Royale Guest House , GPR Layout, Bangalore – non refund of advance amount from service apartment

Royale Guest House (253/254, 6th cross, GPR Royale Layout, Huskur Road, Near APMC Fruit Market, Bangalore-560100) is a service apartment in Electronic City, Bangalore, wherein I have stayed with my family on monthly basis for 3 months starting from 12th of September 2015 till 9th of December 2015. I have paid 18000 monthly rent for 3 months and have paid one month rent as advance. The service apartment is refusing to refund the advance amount. Person managing the premises (Manjunath – 9483537666) hardly picks up the phone and gives us flimsy excuses.
