Respected Sir. We had made a purchase of recliner sets from Royaloak Showroom, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana state, India on 31 October 2021. We made full payment of Rs 175000
Of the entire furniture ordered, we received a faulty 2 seater, different make and colour from the one we actually ordered. It was in poor condition too without adapter. When we promptly informed them, we were assured that our correct furniture will be dispatched soon.
Ever since, despite talking to many of their officials, managers, call service team etc we have found no resolution to our problem. Even writing to their complaints team was of no use.
After allotting us a complaint reference number RIPL-17355, they have taken no further action as promised. My reminder messages are not being answered too. We seek your help in resolving this issue. Please help us.
