I have ordered coffee table online with order#ROY002025 in ROYAL OAK Furniture during November last week and it got delivered in fedex on 7th December with a complete scratch on the table top. From then i am following up with customer care, online department but neither the product is checked/replaced/refunded. How can I get this issue fixed as I am not getting proper response from customer care/online department as there is no proper communication between these departments. They just delivered a damaged product and closed the order and haven’t provided the bill as well.
