Royal Oak Furnitures — Service and delivery

Placed order on 20/12/2015 for SO No.151607665 for 3 items. Everything was in stock and was confirmed before payment. 2 items were delivered and installed only after multiple requests and calls made from our side. This delivery took over 2 calls per day for 9 days. Now 1 item is still pending and there is no resolution or information- when called they say its out of stock and you will be informed. Why was the order taken in the first place if there was stock issue? Partial payment was not an option I want the money back or delivery today without any further delay
