They have sold me membership in July 2019 and promised me for 2 free vouchers and 5 years membership plan, but now they are giving me stupid reasons for not booking the hotels on any of the mentioned dates. Earlier they were saying that there is some admin charge which I have to pay if I opt for the voucher in the year 2020 which was not communicated to me ever. And now, if I am planning to change my travel dates then they are saying that I can not opt for the voucher in any case. And if I am saying that refund my money and I don’t want to take your membership, then they are saying that the money cannot be refunded. I can’t continue with this fraud money. Please help me to get my hard-earned money back from these cheats who don’t keep their promises.
