The complaint is against the Royal Club International. These bunch of people mislead me into buying the package and asked me to pay 40000Rs. They promised me to assist me for any bookings.
But after a month when I contacted the person he said call the customer care. When I called the customer care they weren’t picking up the call. When I told this to the person who had mislead me, he did not respond.
And this isn’t just my complain there are thousand of other people who are trapped into this. I have all the details, the video I have recorded about the conversation. I have the papers on which they explained us about the packages, I have the chats.
There was something off about these people, they were making gestures among their colleagues. Their only plan is to make sure they fool someone and agree to a deal.
I do have the proof, I have the contacts of those persons who talked to me. I do not want another person falling into this trap. There are plenty of complaints online and this is a very serious issue which needs to be looked into. I just need my refund.
