I gave Mr. Chetan Pujari, the RCI sales consultant, INR 1,50,000 on November 27, 22.
I bought this membership since I recently got married and have trip plans, and Mr. Chetan assured me that after purchasing an RCI membership for INR1.50 Lacs, which is valid for 10 years, I may save money on vacation booking.
He absolutely mind controlled us (My spouse and I).
He claimed that because it is the company’s anniversary today, the membership is being offered at a discount.
He inquired as to how we intended to travel.
He informed us that you can make reservations for Bathala Island Resort in the Maldives via our website.
Additionally, he stated that after the first year, AMC fees apply and that you must pay a one-time membership fee. And said you will receive the welcome call.
Instead of a welcome call, however, we received a welcome email that said that the AMC was in effect at the time of our initial reservation.
We requested to cancel our membership, but the corporation refused when we made our request to the customer service representative.
We also sent the business an email on November 29, 2022, asking them to cancel our subscription and return our money.
The business misled us in order to sell us a membership.
We have since decided to terminate our subscription, but the business has informed us that it is non-refundable.
I humbly ask that you kindly assist us in solving this issue.
I’m already under financial pressure.
Losing this money will make me even more stressed.
