On 17th of December. I needed to travel to Ulundurpet, Taminadu. I have gone to RP Tours and Travels, Madurai and booked a ticket. My seat number is U4. In that seat another guy was sitting and his seat number is U27. I informed the bus driver but he behaved rudely and told to adjust in another seat but I informed him the situation. In their bus U27 means U4 it seems. At that time bus stated moving and left the place. I called the travel agent and informed the scenario. He too behaved rudely and cut off his call. So I need to launch a complaint . Kindly suggest
This bus service is worlds worst bus service today from Chennai to madurai i was traveling and from chennai shap 9:40 journey way started and when I was booking the tickets it shows me that madurai it will reach by 5:00 pm but the twist was the bus has reached at 7:30 pm and because of this bus service i have not able to complete my work in madurai because my return tkts was there at 8:30 pm because of this bus service i would miss my train but by God this not happened guys don’t travel in this bus it will waste your time when u r in hurry..i want to ask to this RPTtravels team if you guys can’t reach on the time you gave then y your guys are giving time to your customers please guys don’t travel in this company bus service your time is important and this bus service will waste that time..
