We reserved a unit in Runwal Bliss for October 2020 because we had faith in Runwal Developers.
We agreed to a deadline for receiving the OC and taking possession of it, which was preferably the year 2022.
Nearly 2023 has passed and we still lack OC.
The CRM staff commits to a date, but we never received OC by the scheduled time.
Since we were instructed to expect possession by 2022 when the apartment was being sold, we have been renting an apartment since 2020, but the dates keep getting pushed back. It is now March of 2023.
Finally, I want to know when we will be taking possession of my apartment, E 4302, in Runwal Bliss. The date can’t keep shifting as it has for the past three years.
