I have paid Rs.11,50,000/- to Mr. NARESH NAVALE and Mrs. HARVINDER KAUR in favour S M Motors.. we have made 5 years car rental agreement in October.. as per our agreement Mr. NARESH NAVALE has to buy 2 innova cars on customer’s name and he will use that cars for his land selling business and for that he will give 90k monthly rent to his customer for 5 years.. but in reality they are big cheaters and FRAUD .. they have not purchased any car and they are not paying any monthly rentals.. even they both are not answering on phone.. they are just avoiding their clients and running from one place to another place.. i am trying my level best to get my invested money back but Mr. NARESH NAVALE and Mrs. HARVINDER KAUR are not giving my money back also Mr. NARESH NAVALE is harassing me on phone. He mentioned that if I will complaint against him, he will not give my money back.. I am just asking for own money.. nothing else.. but his behavior shows that they are not in mood to repay to their client.
Now They are making new clients and fooling to other also.. they are opening new offices with different different name like DREAMS MOTORS, etc… Pls find attached here with copy of business license for their new company
