I have booked a mobile through my mobile without registering on sabbuy site. on 12.12.2016 we received message from sabbuy.com that your material is out for delivery but till date i have not received it . i have mail several time to sabbuy but no reply came. i have also tried there customer care no but no reply . our order no. is 14202 dt 2.12.2016 for rs. 7999/ paid through PAYTM.
please advise me, what to do now?
