My order No-14742 ( Mobile-Coolpad note 5).
I had order Coolpad note 5 by 6 dec 2016 and payment mode online with paytm and payment status was successful but not received any product and multiple time call to customer care but not any response and when cross check on your wed site order history( Delivery Done by Saturday- What is this and how’s that possible).
Your customer care number not working kindly support.( still waiting last 8 day of my order after full payment so, why ….)
Your Website not traceable and single customer care number and no any response by mail/phone/SMS every thing is Zero.
