Santacruz west Sabka Dentist clinic suppose to schedule date and time of patient but they were not responding to patient’s call or message.
If any problem occur while scheduling they should inform us via message or call. They charged for treatment but not caring patients.
Please follow below mentioned to avoid bad impression
1.Should inform patients about appointment and why they are scheduling
2.Take care of patients because they are paying you
3.Should arrange responsible doctor quickly for patient if assigned doctor is not available.
I Santosh Pai residing at Suncity complex, Trikutta Towers Powai, Mumbai-400076 Mob-9323241469 need to complain about the indifferent behaviour of Sabka Dentist Powai branch ppl Mob-8291819560.
I had applied for 499 voucher which i recd & wanted to take my wife for root canal treatment but the staff Ms.Hema is so rude that she is not ready to tell us about the offer & informs we have to visit the clinic & only the doctor will tell us about three offers. Though i am staying very close to Powai clinic, i have always avoided going to powai & instead always visited Ghatkopar west branch. However this time too i have asked your powai branch to transfer my appointment to Ghatkopar west clinic for tomorrow so that we will have proper rates & treatment chgs from best of doctors who are very helpful.
Please take my compliant seriously as your Powai branch ppl are completely spoiling the reputationof Sabka dentist.
