My personal experience, I did a purchase 3/Oct/2016 (details are below) after enquiring about the product with them, from that day I am following thru mail and phone calls with vendor, he is not bothered to give the product nor return money, last week (11/Oct/2016) he told the product is not available in the market and will return the money yet to get response from him.
Still I am waiting …today is (17/10/2016)

It’s been almost a month now. I ordered nut bolt kit for my CBZ Xtreme, when I placed the order they said it will be delivered by 28th September 2023 but the dispatch status was showing pending. Later I enquired them through whatsApp they responded once and said it will be dispatched soon after that no response in whatapp. Then I sent an email, after couple of emails they responded to me on 29-09-2023 saying they need 3-4 more days to dispatch but they haven’t dispatched. And now they stop responding to me I don’t have any option to contact them either. My order ID is 466904 and the total amount is Rs. 2099.
