I booked 2 BHK flat in Nov, 2012 in Sahara City Homes, Dhanori, Pune. Till date i didn’t get any response from Sahara India about development of Project. Yes, I got a intimation letter 3-4 years back that project is going to be sold to some other builder and T&C of my flat booking will remain unchanged with the new builder. But there is no response afterwards from Sahara India company till date i.e. Aug, 2018. Even the office at Project site is not there and there is no local contact details to know about development or refund process of booked amount. I called so many times to Lucknow Head office but they are trying to cheat by saying that transfer booking amount to some other Sahara city project. I don’t want to be cheated again for the fake claims/commitment from Sahara Prime City Ltd company and want refund of my paid money with interest for not fulfilling the possession commitment since last 6 years.
